This year, we’re honoring two inspiring education leaders who have led inclusive conversations to address important issues and bring about positive change for their staff, students, and communities.

In recognition of her efforts in making a meaningful impact by using ThoughtExchange to lead inclusive conversations and launch the African American History curriculum at Elgin Area School District 46.

In recognition of her efforts in making a meaningful impact: Dr. Casey used ThoughtExchange to lead inclusive conversations with parents and caregivers at Woodland School District 50 to develop a learning model that incorporates their feedback and resolves their concerns.
