As a member of the Customer Success team, Steve works as a facilitator and coach to guide customers through a Thoughtexchange Process. He has a broad range of experience including project management, teaching and training, product design and development, web design, personal coaching, and group facilitation. He thrives on bringing creative insights and fresh perspectives to the process so that our customers can have a clearer understanding of their stakeholders. When not at Thoughtexchange, you’ll probably find him hanging out with his family or off biking, skiing, climbing or hiking.
