“Dive into your talent pool.”
In an ideal world, interns build bonds with a company and their experience leads to a strong, dedicated talent pool. But how do you truly know whether your company is resonating with its interns?
Rhonda Holler, VP of Global Talent Management for Covance, took on the challenge of a lack of brand awareness in their intern space. If Covance struggled to build awareness of opportunities with their university talent pool, they needed to understand why. In this Client Insights virtual event, Ronda Holler will talk about how she used ThoughtExchange to dig into the intern experience at Covance and create impactful change for their internship program.
