For six years now, I’ve been the Internal Communications Lead at McElhanney. My work is driven by shifting the communications function from a top-down approach to meeting people where they are. It’s all about facilitating sincere and open conversations and thoughtfully applying technology to connect people. Each day revolves around learning, utilizing new ideas, and analyzing their impact – a communicator’s work is never perfectly tuned. Born and raised just south of Calgary, AB, I am a sucker for Montana landscapes, fried chicken, and a stack of dusty records.
