Leading with Authenticity
Mar 9, 2020 11:00 AM PT/2:00 PM ETVIRTUAL EVENT SERIES
“Just getting in the ring is proof enough you deserve to be there!”
Leading with vulnerability is essential in today’s workplace – but it takes discipline and practice to do it. Everyone has a plan until they get punched!
Join us for a virtual event with Hanna Jane Price, Director of People & Culture at This Is Blueprint, to hear her story of learning to lead with love and vulnerability. Hanna found her leadership practice in the boxing ring. She took Brene Brown’s words to heart: “when we make the choice to dare greatly, we sign up to get our asses kicked,” so she got in the ring and found her power, both personally and professionally. As the most senior woman in her company, she strives to inspire young women to find leadership opportunities.

Speaker
Hanna is an HR pro, but like, the cool kind (or so she hopes). With experience in media and film, hospitality and event production, Hanna's approach is to blend process with fit, nurturing the best of each culture and creating opportunities for leaders and organizations to flourish - even if that means speaking the inconvenient truth. Currently the Director of People & Culture for This is Blueprint, her role encompasses organizational development, leadership coaching, employment relations and everything in between.
Outside the office, Hanna has thrown herself into contact and combat sports, running and travel, and has learned from each to celebrate the setbacks just as sweetly as the wins. She’s currently working on a 10k PR, conversational Italian, and being in the moment. She resides in Vancouver.
