Milford Exempted Village Schools

Paul Daniels is the Director of Secondary Curriculum and Instruction for the Milford Exempted Village Schools, located in Milford, Ohio. The district is the 38th largest in the State of Ohio, with approximately 7000 students.

Paul is finishing his 17th year as an educator, serving as a teacher, assistant principal, principal, and now curriculum director. With diverse experiences in elementary, secondary, urban, and suburban education, Paul can draw from each of those experiences as Milford continues to innovate and redefine 21st-century education.

Paul leads the Thought Exchange work alongside Superintendent Nancy House and is now introducing the tool at the classroom level in 2020 - 2021. Recently, Milford Exempted Village Schools have utilized the Thought Exchange with our community for a Superintendent Search, with staff to capture their growth as professionals during the pandemic and to plan for the 2020 - 2021 school year.

Eric Tennison

Account Executive
ThoughtExchange

With almost a decade in Account Management and a desire to make a tangible impact through his work, Eric has relocated his family from HOT Texas to snowy Canada. Some might say the move to British Columbia was sparked by his obsession with Sasquatch (they wouldn't be 100% wrong), but it is really a mission to help bring about meaningful change through his work. An extrovert, Eric never had issues getting his voice heard but now knows it's his responsibility to bring volume to the silent majority and have the true "voice of the crowd" be heard. Eric is elevated in all his efforts by the support of his amazing wife/partner and their two children. An early-bird and gym rat, when not trying to change the world, he is either playing golf, thinking about golf, or trying to convince his son that Batman is superior to Spider-man.
