Speaker
Tracey Elfstrom
Regional Director ofOrganizational Development
Skagit Regional Health
Tracey is passionate about the correlation between genuine conversations and improved outcomes. Her role at Skagit Regional Health focuses on Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, and Change Management. Outside of work Tracey spends most of her time being made fun of (lovingly of course!) by her husband, and two teenagers. Her dog is still loyal to her though – which is why she gets extra treats!
Skagit Regional Health is a two-hospital, 24-clinic healthcare system located an hour north of Seattle, Washington.
Host
Facilitator, dreamer, outdoor educator, tech CEO, dad. Spends a lot of time thinking about how to connect people. First founded a company teaching leadership and communication skills to kids. Then worked in facilitation. Now a CEO of a world-changing software company that empowers leaders to give everyone a voice and find common ground. Pretty proud of the previous sentence. Also attempts many well timed. Jokes.
Amy brings insight from past positions in both the public and private sectors. She joined the ThoughtExchange team because she’s passionate about working in an environment which strongly supports stakeholder engagement and is making a positive contribution to teams and communities across North America. Her background in communications, project management, and facilitation positively contribute to her customer’s experience. In her current role, she supports corporate leaders to effectively use ThoughtExchange in their organizations to support their unique strategic and organizational goals. In her off time, Amy is actively involved with the local trail building society and also volunteers for (and races) BMX. When not online, you will most likely find her outside - she does live at the base of a ski hill after all!
